Two years ago, when I got the 1950 Mercian R/P frame, from a fellow CR

member,(Thanks Mike) I was also tempted to keep it, un- built, hang it
on the
wall to look at,(EYE CANDY) like a piece of art. BUT after going nuts
for a
few days, BUILD IT I did, and RIDE it I did, many, many miles, WHAT A
JOY to
RIDE! as many of you at the 2006 LeCirque will attest, not only did it
win
the BEST BRIT Bike, it went like the clappers on the rides. What are
these
fine machines for? why did they build them? What a waste to let them
sit un
