My quick analysis is that they are not Brooks... By that I mean, that the high standard that Brooks has (mostly) carried forward over the years is hard for the craftsmen in India to duplicate. The hammered rivets looked crude to my eye, the rails were slightly oddly proportioned, and the leather tops were slightly asymetrical.
I did not see the price sheet but I assume that if these were significantly less expensive than Brooks, they might represent a value...

Also, my 55cm Italian-built Univega is on Ebay. Nice light bike. Item # 290036688114 and it's the COMPLETE BIKE, not frame only (as I carelessly allowed the ebay summary to state)
