Hello Ray,

Thats a beautiful Mod B, something to really be proud of. The original finish 50s Cinelli Mod B that I own has similar world bands as yours except that the outside bands are light blue, which are fading to white. If the fading of the colors is prevalent, then that would explain why the repros have white outside bands. The person who made the decals may have patterned the repos from a bike with the bands that had become white over a period of decades. If you like, I could snap a pic of the decal and send it to you tommorrow.
