Subject: [CR]Colnago ID

Thank you for the replies that are helping to narrow down the date of this Colnago (73?). The blue example currently on ebay may be a 72 due to the presents of two holes drilled into the fork crown sides. I understand that this detail existed only in 72, though 73 was the same otherwise. Yes, the orange Super on ebay is identical with two exceptions. First is the chain stay bridge on the ebay example has a diamond shaped brazing area, while mine has a circular contact area. The blue Super chain stay bridge is circular just as my frame is. Second, is the head tube lug profile on both ebay bikes that are the same to each other and to every Colnago of the era. Mine is different in that it lacks the small semicircular cut-out (about 4mm dia.) found on both the upper and lower head tube lugs. Imagine this detail lacking, so that the curve just continues without this detail. It's a common enough feature on other makes, but I have never seen it on a Colnago, curious? I hope my descriptions of this frame and that of those compared enables all to clearly envision the details and their differences. Please pardon any misnamed parts. Your help is greatly appreciated as I really do enjoy this bicycle.
