On the EBAY Red SC that was recently discussed on list, I noticed this serial # on the Seat lug, 1714K proceeded by a star. The lister has the BB serial # as C 7088. Has anyone seen a serial # on a Cinelli seatlug before? Could it be a part # that wasn't sanded/filed off before plating?
