Peter

A quick question from a novice if you don't mind? Are the shifter bosses original on that Hetchins you are discussing or were they added later? I have a 1964 Brilliant (I think) that has shifter bosses and I assumed that the frame was modified to add them. I also have a 1967 Magnum Opus that has no bosses.

Thanks for any light you can shed!

Considering the crank is the very rare "semi-cottered" T.A. (http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/TA/'Cottered'crank-Rebour.jpg) and the Mafacs are also not too widely sown, this bike might be worth half of the staring price.

Best, kim
