Strange, my Colnago set contains the same parts as the Legnano, including the Margherita derailleur (and only "steel" type cranks). Maybe Protar improved the kits later? At least it is impossible to build a Colnago with it. Which is a pity since the motorcycle kits seem to be excellent.

The various Protar kits on my shelf are not all the same... there are at least three different frame castings (30s-style with Vittoria Margherita fittings, 1950s-style with derailleur fittings, and 1970s-style with derailleur fittings). There are also two or three different selections of components.

I'll go through what I have and make a list of specifics this evening.
