Jeffery, If I were you I'd think about building the ratty but original SC frame up to match the restored SC; but making use of old but serviceable parts. You would have a bike that looks the part of a veteran racer. You also get to ride it worry free, no high dollar chrome and paint to mess up. You can switch back and forth between bikes and mess with peoples heads. ; )
