Amigos,
If you can condescend sufficiently to use simple flocked, block lettering, this firm will produce wool jerseys for a reasonable price:
http://www.portlandcyclewear.com/woolcyclingjersey.html My club is using them for some special winter jerseys, although they haven't arrived yet.
I did see some of their work last week, though, and it looked good. This was a club called GS Tenzing, from the Dallas area, that was at the Frisco velodrome on the same day that I visited. Several of their members were wearing these jerseys and told me they were quite pleased. I asked specifically about the longevity of the flocked lettering and was told that it has proven quite durable.
So I imagine if Dale would allow folds to use the Classic Rendezvous name without demanding royalties, and enough people worked together to pick a standard color, etc. I imagine a run of jerseys could be produced in short order.
     Good luck,
Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia, USA (as opposed to
the "other Arlington" which apparently is in the
Republic of Texas or however that faraway land is
       actually named :-D )
