Good guess, Phil, but not correct. For pics of a Claud Butler Saxon and a Saxon Twin tube, see completed eBay items numbered 200041390188 and 200046804643. The idea of the Saxon Paramount (which pre-dates the Claud Butler Saxon) was to achieve a short wheelbase by alowing the rear wheel to run between the twin seat tubes.
