Mike's decals have been very thin vinyl, and are able to be cleared over, supposedly with little or no edges raised, once dry. Haven't used any yet, but he did some Italvega Superlight decals for me (complete set, including their unique Columbus and "DESIGNED BY TORRESINI - ITALY" decals), and they are beautiful. Someone else currently is having difficulty contacting Mike however, which was something I encountered and was discussed here by others as well, in the past. I've never heard that he failed to deliver to anyone, just that there are sometimes long delays ... so as long as you're not chomping at the bit...

Thanks Jon: Having not seen Velographics actual product, and Dave's original post was looking for varnish apply decals and specifically not vinyl, I wonder what form they are in and how are the VeloGraphics decals made? I (perhaps incorrectly) assumed they were on vinyl but no?

Thanks Dale

Mike at Velographics is great to work with. He's back in business after searching for a new printer to do the production of the graphics after doing the art work himself. He is most likely a bit backed up on work at the moment. I currently have him working on a set of decals for my Gazelle Champion Mondial, and had him do the custom decals on the Centurion that I repainted this time last year.
