I recently sold a used one. It had Ofmega cranks and Campy Valentino
shift gruppo with Ballila brakes. Nice frame though with nice chromed
lugs but entry level.

If it is NIB it's definitely worth the 300 $ the seller is asking and probably just worth that for the experience of unwrapping that time capsule - and it is not that expensive to ride it then....

I've been offered a bike in a box, time capsule. The frame bears the
name Garlatti and is apparently Campy equiped, I can find no
information. Bike boom, low end? Anyone have thoughts on this Italian
maker from the 70's.
Thanks
