Yes, I'd agree that the Cinelli was underappreciated; the only reason being that the "flavor of the day" had changed. They were/are beautifully riding/handling bikes. I'd put '79 to '81 build quality of Cinelli S.C. and DeRosa Professional on equal level and Colnago Super slightly below.
