Robbie,
Somewhere in France... someone was manufacturing steering tubes marked Nervor:
http://search.bikelist.org/?SearchString=nervor I've closely examined a number of LeJeune bicycles and never noticed any markings on the steerer tubes, butthen I was never looking that closely. For all I know, on closer inspection we would find _all_ LeJeunes used Nervor steerers. I'll bet Norris Lockley knows the real identity of Mr. Nervor, and even his wife's maiden name.
Anyway it's not just LeJeune. I have several Italian forks with Columbus blades (at least that's what the decals say) but the steerers are clearly made by some other firm.
     Regards,
