Hey to any Pogliaghi aficionado's out there, Not to re-hash any lengthy discussions, but, my question has to do with the location of the serial numbers on the frames, when did the location switch from numbers on the seatlug to numbers on the lower headlug?? I looked through pictures on Wool jersey and checked the "CR" archives? So, is there a timeline for this? Or some theories from those more knowledgeable in the ways of Pogliaghi??
