I think Campy Pedal dustcaps are the most difficult replacement part to find in the modern era (1965-1985). I have found it quite easy, however, using my $20 kmart dremel, to grind away the MKS logo from an MKS dustcap (selling at $8/pair.) then you need some 100 grit sandpaper because you need to take about 1mm of threading off the cap.

When polished to a high shine (and maybe even drilled in the center), it makes a near perfect imitation of a campy dustcap, looks like chrome but made of aluminum polished to a mirror shine ...
