I would try http://rinkya.com/ which provides this sort of service. Pay attention to the terms because mistakes are your problem, not the irs. If properly packaged it seems that EMS shipping is possible and y ou could expect about $200 shipping and perhaps $100 in fees. Exam ine everything carefully as to the fees and rules. The Japanese market Bilstein supension for my Subaru Wagon was purchased and shipped throug h Rinkya. That ran about $350 I think (I bought it from the guy who imported it).

They say they don't ship "bikes" but I think they mean motorcycles . You would need to check on that.
