CR, the easiest solution is freewheel spacers as mentioned. I'm not an expert but I believe you can also use those non-shouldered freewheels like Cyclo, depending on your time period. These are very wide on inside diameter, fitting completely over the hub shell, all the way though. They do not have a shoulder that bottoms out on the hub shell. They are commonly 1/8" and I do not know if they came in 3/32". Here's a photo of one such non-Cyclo freewheel

There are older hubs (e.g. Solite) whose freewheel threading starts really far in from the outboard side of the hub shell, and are thus are not intended to use with shouldered freewheels.

MY QUESTION: where may I get a freewheel remover for those old Cyclo freewheels without the shoulder??? This remover will reach a much wider diameter to remove the freewheel, than the boss-type Cyclo/Regina freewheel remover.

"... older Brampton hubs .. older freewheels would not thread far enough on to the gear side of the hub. ....The threaded portion of this hub is slightly over 10mm long, and most of my freewheels fall in the 5mm - 7mm range. ....2) Anyone know where I can get some more of these "deep throat" freewheels?
