Thanks for the quick help everyone. The wheels came out great and will look nice on the 1972 Witcomb that I am building up for commuting. The frame has some of the first ever Suntour dropouts used in England, Witcomb made seat clamp, T-17 crown, chrome fork ends, half stays and head lugs(long point) built by Phillipe Lippert
