Dave-

Thanks for the info and link. It could very well be a road frame. It hard to say. The geometry seems a bit too aggressive for a road bike. I purchased it under the guise of a path racer, but overall the bike is a bit of a mystery. It¹s definitely a Malvern, and it¹s a one star (oh well, I still like it). At some point some it did have a kickstand on it (small dent), but it didn¹t have any sort of markings to indicate a derailleur. Maybe it was a cruiser or a single speed. The weird thing is that is has n o markings what-so-ever. No serial, nothing. Sans the sticker and the fork, you probably would be hard pressed to know who made it. To me, (granted, m y experience is limited as well), it feels a bit more like a racer. Fairly light, pencil stays, the geometry, track ends, etc.
