Julius, I just built up a 32/40 set of these, and I used ERD of 623mm in 'spocalc' with perfect results.
Peter, if you can send me the spoke PC diameters and the flange spacing for your Airlite LF hubs, I can compute the spoke length for you. I used an FB front hub and a Sturmey ASC rear, so they are likely different...
