I have come across a batch of NOS Silca Pump bodies in assorted colors and in a few sizes. These are all NOS and DO NOT have heads. The leather washer inside is supple and the ones I have tested work like new.
Here is what I have:
Red, Blue, Black and Silver: 470 (18.5 inches). I have a fair number of each color.
Champagne: 440 (17.3 inches). 3 available
Orange: 440. 3 available
Yellow: 440. 6 available and these are in the original Silca wrapping paper.
I measured the pumps in both a compressed and uncompressed state with both a Campy metal head and the plastic Silca Head and the measurements are below. If the distance between the bottom of your top tube and the point where the down tube and seat tube meet falls within the ranges, these should work. Of course, you can use these with larger frames with an umbrella clip.
470 with Campy head: uncompressed - 21.06 inches; fully compressed -- 18.9 inches 470 with Silca plastic head: uncompressed -20.6 inches; fully compressed -- 18.7 inches
440 with Campy Head: uncompressed -- 19.6 inches; fully compressed -- 17.7 inches 440 with Silca Plastic Head: uncompressed -- 19.3 inches; fully compressed -- 17.3 inches
I am offering these to the lists first before I take them to Ebay and other places.
