Looks like a Stronglight Super Competition 93 crankset to me -- probably just a typo in the eBay ad.

Extracts from the '74 US catalog for the Peugeot PX 10 E:

"Pedals: Lyotard 45 CA with reflectors" (the one's on the eBay bike appear to be Lyotard 460's)

"UX-10 - Same model as PX 10 E, however, with tires 27 x 1 1/4 and tubes with Schraeder valves." (no mention of the rims' manufacturer, though)

A handsome enough bike, IMHO, in spite of the rack and kick stand.
