I have. My Gillott Fleur de Lys has an OS top tube. It´s 1954 and rides like a dream. Pics on http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/toni, then look for the Gillott. It is not lugged, though, strictly speaking, but bilaminated. Hope it doesn´t make too much of a difference. Oh, I´ve

turned the Simplex cage the right way round, now. Must have been sleepwalking.
