Find "ARCHIVE COUREURS" in the left hand margin..and then "LEXIQUE" ( I think it's the first one) just before "PALMARES".
The Palmares site only lists those riders who have a notable racing career with plenty of wins....that's what palmares are. The Lexique gives all the riders..and the names of those whose palmares can be found on that particular list, are highlighted.
