I am sure this will bring a chuckle to the shop owners and frame builders on the list, but is it possible for a reasonably competent home mechanic to remove braze-ons without damaging a frame?
How does one do it? I am hoping that the first line is not "Get yourself an oxy-acetylene torch."
I know that frame mods can have a negative effect on a frame's value.
