Subject: [CR]Guess this mystery frame

Anyone want to make a guess as to what this mystery frame might be? http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/frameteam2003/album?.dir=/2bdcscd Frame number(and fork too) is 1912 stamped on steer tub(fork) and bottom of BB--but on the lug part not the center. Has initals hand painted on back of headlug--F.A.H.(with a 6 under them) Oval shaped head transfer(unreadable) but I beleave it might have had a large "S" as a major part. Fishmouth lugs end in a small circle shape and it had a winged wheel cycle club transfer but club name unreadable---beleaved to be Mid-Devon.Frame bought from Dorset area. Reynols Hi-Mag tubing.(transfer readable) sam lingo, pleasanton tx
