I was taught that Stronglight removal tools were 23.35mm (actually 23.35mm x 1.) Wanted to make sure so I checked an old "United Bicycle Tools" catalog that I have laying around dated spring/summer 1997. Flip to page 16. Third item down or the far right says: STRONGLIGHT CRANK EXTRACTOR: "Professional quality tool fits pre-1982 Stronglight cranks which had 23.35mm diameter threading. Use of any other tool in these cranks is likely to strip the threads. Professional quality. VR-22/2 $21.00."

> Have I missed something? Without knowing the pitch,
\r?\n> nobody who doesn't have
\r?\n> a Stronglight extractor at hand will be able to
\r?\n> recognise the thread. You need
\r?\n> OD (which is not going to be as precise as two
\r?\n> places of decimals) and the
\r?\n> pitch either in metric or TPI.
