Subject: [CR]Three Campy rear brake cable clamps for top tube?

Any chance anyone has three clean Campagnolo top tube cable clamps that I might purchase, or am I just dreaming that these might still exist? This Legnano Roma Olympiade I bought recently uses three on the top tube to hold the rear brake cable in place and they are a bit rusted. Hard to believe these Milanese Italians wouldn't braze on cable mounts (no wonder I like Raleighs), but they didn't. The current, rusty cable clamps have a teeny C with a wing on it.
