[CR]Schwinn Paramount P170

Hello CR List,

I have just run across a vintage Paramount, owner says she bought it in the late 40's and thougt it was an early 40's bike. It has had the dropouts changed, and has been repainted, repaired tube damage to the top tube close to the head, missing front wheel (aluminum? sew up type) , bars ( neck is there) and seat and post and pedals. I would like input on the bike, particularly how much is it going to cost me to find the missing items and should I be concerned about the changed dropouts, they are more of the vertical type than the original horizontals. Appreciate any input. I can email photos if anyone would like to see them
