Well, that's certainly one point of view, but one could also take the point of view that the originals were beautiful and rode nicely, and so it is desirable to make that beauty and feel available again. As long as one isn't trying to pass the reproduction off as an original, I don't see a problem with it. As a matter of fact, lots of people buy prints of famous original paintings and decorate their homes very attractively without spending a fortune. And I wouldn't at all mind having a replica of a Bugatti Type 57. The new Ford Mustang and the VW New Beatle and the new Cooper Mini are all essentially reproductions of decades-old cars. Some people may distain them, but many others are buying them. I don't really see that a buying a replica Gios or Masi 3V is all that different from buying a KOF frame.

What is this list comming to? Adulation of fakes (not a sin if you are up front about it?)! These things will find their way into the market place and some poor schlub will pay good money for his "investment" Masi. Puke-ola folks. Call them what they are and shun them and their peddlers. They pollute the hobby. Art Link ,San Antonio,TX the home of the real Alamo, not the replica at Brackettville,TX
