I'm sure this is not a LIMITED, but is a custom 'Traut. I believe that seatstay fastback is not from the LIMITED and the chrome would never be on one either (I have two). The point from Eisentraut (note spelling of his last name) is LIMITEDs were supposed to be production frames with no chrome - just clean finished and a good value. Summer of '75 (or '76) Bicycling magazine had a good road test. I think they work well for what they were. This (that you have) is likely a custom worth a good bit more that $400...
