Hello Jay,

I have done some frames with a "Dremel" is goes quite well, But there are many brushes, you have to choose one that's perfect for removing paint/rust. Maybe when the brush is to rough it can damage your frame, but steel is strong and the brass is even stroger. I once made a trailer for behind my bike (vacation) and the heaviest part was removing the brass, hel of a material!! We akso made a test, a test to prove that we had choosen the right thinknes of tubes. Two tubes were connected together and then we putted great strengt on it, the tubes were benden but were they were connected nothing happened.
