Yup... someone took the normal punched hole Super Record brake levers and drilled and chamfered the existing holes. The early Campagnolo Super Record levers that Campagnolo actually drilled (I believe they came on the early Super Record equipped Raleigh Pro) have clearly smaller holes than the ones pictured. And as you said, the deformed original hole is a dead giveaway!
