I've ordered spokes from both Excel Sports and Colorado Cyclist by just giving them the types of hub and rim and lacing I was using no problem. Neither had the slightest problem dealing with HF Record hubs and vintage rims to calculate proper spoke length. It's been a few years though. If WS has lost the in-house knowledge to make a simple spoke length calculation using an iconic component like a Record HF hub, I'd say they aren't worth the trouble of doing business with any longer. They used to be pretty cool years ago. These things happen though, sometimes through turnover or apathy businesses lose their souls.
