[CR]Is this frame a Raleigh International?

I recently picked up a frame off of craigslist. The guy selling it said it was an International and on the surface it looks like one. Serial number is G555, Nervex lugs, set up for centerpulls, chromed stays ( after stripping off a little paint ), campy dropouts and a raleigh head badge. It's not that I didn't believe the lime green airbrush logo but after looking at the retro raleigh site for paint ideas I noticed that all the Internationals shown have 2 cable stop braze ons at the front of the top tube ( http://www.sheldonbrown.com/ retroraleighs/international.html ) - this frame only has 1. It doesn't look like one of the braze ons was ground off/broken/removed. Did any Internationals have 1 stop at the front? Am I just insane?
