The Campy peanut butter wrench only works correctly with Elektron brand peanut butter, first things first.
I find the part of building that is most sensitive to tools (based on what I've done, which is not the full spectrum) is adjusting and setting the BB. I don't have a good tool for the lockring or for the movable cup. An old Park lockring tool slips off, a Campy combination lockring/headset (or is it pedal?) wrench slips off, and I think I'd like to try the VAR tool for lockrings. The Campy pinwrench seems pretty good, but if the service stand doesn't hold the BB very steady, both it and the ring wrench fall off while I'm trying to focus on tightness v. play.
