As has already been mentioned, this was OE on the Raleigh Competition GS (GS designating Grand Sport). This was one of the several incarnations of the "Grand Sport" crank Included a cotterless steel 3-arm with (I think) alloy rings, the alloy 3-arm you mention here, a 5-arm 144 BCD which looks like a less highly finished Nouvo Record, and a 5-arm alloy 116 BCD, whose rings were interchangeable with Victory and Triomphe.
The 3-arm versions are 116 BCD, which was something of a standard for 3-arm cranks. So finding cmapatible rings may not be as difficult as you think, since 3-arm cranks with this circle were also made by TA, Nervar and Stronglight among others. One complication, however, is that most of these cranks, including the Campy I think, used chainring bolts of a different diameter from 5-arm cranks. Anyone know a source for these chainring bolts?

Looks like a very crude piece o' work for a Campagnolo component.
Were these O.E.M. on any bikes ?
