Hi Jerry. I concur. I mean, I'd love to have the Gran Criterium back that I sold several years ago, but am quite happy knowing I can buy two (or more) equally nice bikes (DeRosa my fave) for the price- the recent and famous pink frame notwithstanding. But as I try to recall the names I've seen mentioned with Masi USA, it's a pretty impressive list of concentrated talent. My next question is: were they all very talented already and discovered by Masi, a virtual coup in any industry to recognize and hire a group like that over a relatively short period; or were they pretty good and trained by someone(s) at Masi, a testament to tried and true methods that undoubtedly were at the top of the arts of building and painting.
