Big difference on disclosure - I put a note on a frame that folks were examining IN PERSON to note the ugly area - one could pick up the frame, study it, and make a judgement. I didn't want someone grabing the frame quickly and buying it in person without looking at that area first. You, in sharp contrast, are selling something sight unseen with the buyer depending upon your description and photos. That is a huge difference. Sure you alerted buyers to the issue, but you did little to describe the issue and you made no effort to show it well in photos. I didn't describe the issue well since the frame was in the potential buyers hands!

I hope that when I'm about to drop some serious coin on something misrepresented on ebay or anywhere else that I'm tipped off to to it. I made by concerns clear to you off list privately, and I was ignored - so I wanted to protect the good folks on this list who are interested in ths item.

\r?\n> important to me and my feedback stands as a testament to my honesty,

\r?\n> integrity and the quality of the items that I offer for auction. It isn't

\r?\n> Mike's listing and he needs to understand that I am responsible, not Mike

\r?\n> this in writing) not a dent or even a wobble, when he sold the frame to me.

\r?\n> So much for disclosure.
