Forgive me if this frame falls outside the accepted list date range, I really am not sure.
I have a bike built up from bits as a single speed and the frame is a Bianchi in Celeste green. The tubing stickers say formula and the forks are fully chrome with pantograph Bianchi birds on the top lugs of the fork. The forks also have the Formula sticker. The drive side of the rear lower tube is also chromed.
PO told me he got the frame from an ex racer and that it was 'fairly special'. Another friend said the all chrome forks places it in the early 80's and high on the quality scale. Likely a sales pitch and speculation.
Anyone know anything about these frames, and if built as a bike by the factory what sort of parts they would come with?
