Subject: [CR]stamped Campy drop-outs?

I picked up a couple of low end 70's Tansini's today. They look like your typical early 70's straight gauge or gaspipe "boom" bike, but the dropouts and fork ends are cleary stamped "Brev Campagnolo". Although they not look like any Campy drop-out I've seen. Although much thicker than a typical stamped D.O., they do look stamped, with no machining around the axle flats and no hole for an adjuster. They do have a der hanger though. Are these a Valentino version?
