Frame for sale locally had a small top tube dent which somebody along the line drilled on the opposite side and then tapped out. It is a small hole, maybe 1/8 inch at the most, and seemingly a small dent as there was no crease. Hole was puttied and touched up. Would this concern you? Is there a chance for cracks/ failures? Tubing is a newer Columbus, but didn't catch the model.
