Shop decal as pictured on what was my '74 Torpado track bike (since sold to a Mr. Michael T. Robbins of Brooklyn, NY). I've seen numerous Torpados with Baggio decals.

Having not been in the Montreal area for years I don't know if they're still in business, although they are mentioned at the bottom of this Parks Canada page:
