Yes, and so are many other parts. Hubs were identical to later Tipo hubs, except for the skewers, brakes (except for the lever hoods) were Gran Sport. Pedal spindles and cones were Gran Sport as well; just the bodies are different. Bottom bracket spindles are actually quite similar to older Pista spindles.
