Dear List:
I seem to have stumbled across a 753 Motobecane Champion team. It has french 753 decals, no braze-ons (save for a nifty M shifter stop) came Campagnolo equipped. Very nice detailing, long windowed lugs and even small detaled windows at the rear brake bridge. The lugs appear to be hand detailed in gold paint. I have searched the archives and there seems to be some debate as to whether these birds ever flew or not. This one is a light almost carolina blue with black decals. There is a oval with the letters PGE appearing either stamped or cast into the bb shell on the non-drive side. None of this seems to correspond with anything I have read about in the archives. Any info would be appreciated....
