That is one of the nice things about the Mafac CP design. A bit complex to adjust, but you can adjust the toein without bending the arms and risking breaking them.

Unfortunately, Universal brakes are well-known for their propensity to break with toe-in adjustments. I've taken to avoiding it with any Universal models.
