From what I've seen, it's really hard to generalize much about these frames. My Grand Jubile has a Reynolds frame decal, no Reynolds fork decal (it has a small Motobecane logo here), Suntour rear dropouts and Campy front dropouts. Unlike some others I've seen, it has no contrasting paint on the seatstay caps but it does have contrasting paint on the top of the fork crown.

I've heard of these frames being built with Campagnolo, Huret, Simplex, and Suntour dropouts - all in the early 1970's "fancy lug" version.

My sense is the many of these frames were built by different subcontractors which might explain the wide variety of details seen on these frames.
