I'd guess this has been repainted at least once in its lifetime. I can't recall ever seeing a blue International and it would explain the full chrome fork and complete lack of decals. All the Internationals I've seen were either green, brown, orange or champagne. The crude lug lining does look somewhat original though, but should be hard to reproduce. Also, I find it hard to believe all decals would be gone from an original paint job, unless someone purposely rubbed them off.

Item # 300076746601 The seller says that the cap at the top of the right-hand seat stay is not detaching from the stay. It looks bad to me. What do the framebuilders have to say?
