Howdy folks.
I need to repack the bearings in a pair of old Record high flange hubs. Here is the dumb question: how do I get everything clean? I have often popped out the dust covers on other hubs then pushed them back in when done, but these don't really seem like they want to come out and I don't want to mess anyhing up. Do I just get an old sock and clean things out as best I can? Thanks in advance :^)
